Course Manager
The Course Manager application is a hosted solution designed for multiple users, enabling them to collaboratively access and modify student subject preferences and class assignments. It offers features like creating composite classes, managing user access restrictions, and monitoring updates to individual student preferences and course selections.
Add composite classes between student groups or in the same student group
View teachers and rooms for each class, if allocated
Reports generated for individual student changes and composite classes
Add, edit, delete subject preferences and course changes for individual students
Add users as Counsellors, giving them restricted access to make course changes for students in selected student groups
Upload data directly from Timetabling Solutions V9 or V10 Student Options files and linked Timetable files

Course Manager - Restricted
People assigned the Course Manager- Restricted role can be assigned roles as Counsellors to access individual student
groups.
File Management
We recommend minimizing the number of people assigned the Course Manager role to ensure consistency in file management.
To access Course Manager a user must be assigned either the Course Manager or Course Manager-Restricted role by your Global or User Administrator in the Management Console
